2014 Hat Incentive Program
Once again, we are offering the always-popular incentive hat program. Almost 8000 hats were sold or given out last year at Yawgoog. All you have to do is submit to Yawgoog Scout Reservation a $ 25.00 deposit for each scout that will be camping at Yawgoog this summer. The deadline is April 20, 2014. Each Troop that takes advantage of this fantastic offer will receive two extra caps for their adult leaders. A troop roster is not necessary to take advantage of this offer. Troops that take advantage of this offer will have until May 15th to add new Webelos that have crossed over.
That is not all. We will offer to any Troop that wants to personalize their Yawgoog 2014 cap an extra special offer. We will have embroidered on the back of the cap one line up to 9 letters for $4.00 per cap or two lines up to 9 letters per line for $5.00 per cap. What you want on the back of the cap is up to you. All of your Troop caps will read the same.
Don't wait; the deadline for this limited offer is April 20, 2014. All payments for extra embroidery must be made by this date. Hats will be available when you check in on Sunday. The $25 deposit per Scout is non-refundable and counts towards your Troop's final fees. Make sure that you do not deposit more Scouts than you will bring to camp. General rules to keep in mind concerning the Hat incentive program:
2. If you order embroidery on the back of your hat you must include payment for the two free leaders' hats and any extra hats that you may have ordered.
3. If you order embroidery, all of your Troop's hats will read the same.
4. The Site deposit payment ($250.00 last summer) and the Site Reservation fee ($500.00 on March 1) do not count towards the hat incentive payment..
5. Hats will be distributed at Sunday check-in.
6. You can bring more Scouts to camp than are involved in the incentive program.
7. Extra hats can be ordered for $8.50 each
