This year’s Section NE-1 Conclave will be hosted at T.L. Storer Scout Camp in Barnstead, New Hampshire.  T.L. Storer Scout Camp is a beautiful camp located in central New Hampshire with two lakes for exciting water front activities and is the summer camp for the Scouts in the Boston Minuteman Council.

Arrowmen from all around New England will attend this event for a weekend of FUN, FELLOWSHIP, and GREAT FOOD!  Events include waterfront activities, COPE, shooting sports, water skiing, outdoor challenge games, OA Museum, patch trading and much more.  Each night will feature a full show and a cracker barrel second to none!  If you are lucky you might even get VIP seating for the show!

You will need to bring your own tent for sleeping.  We encourage scouts to team up with a friend and share a tent.  All meals will be prepared and served by camp staff in the dining hall.  Conclave is well known for it’s delicious and plentiful food.

The cost includes all the food and fun for the entire weekend AND round trip coach bus transportation.  All Conclave participants must travel with the Abnaki Lodge contingent, no exceptions. Trip details:

Departure:  Please arrive Friday June 6th between 2:30 PM and 3 PM (The bus will depart at 3:30 PM, no exceptions).  The drop off location to be announced will be in Warwick/East Providence area.  Dinner will NOT be provided on Friday – please bring a bag lunch for dinner.

Return/pick up time: Sunday June 8th, 2 PM, at a location in Warwick/East Providence to be announced.  We will be departing New Hampshire at 12 Noon.

Conclave registration is now open for interested adult OA members.  Adults can register using the youth registration / this registration page.  The fee is the same for both adults and youth.
