Boy Scout Overnight Challenge!
On February 9, the Museum of Science is for the first time offering Boy Scouts the opportunity to attend a museum Overnight! Boy Scouts attending will participate in a special extended Design Challenge Event. The evening will start with an opening welcome, introducing participants to the engineering design process and the team challenge.
Scouts of different troops will be matched together on teams, providing a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with both scouts from their home troop and boys from other parts of New England. Mentors will be available to help teams throughout the evening.
Boy Scouts will be on a separate schedule of events for the evening (Cubs attending this night follow the typical overnight format). Please see the Overnight Survival Manual for general information about logistics.
