NYLT Staff Development

The staff of National Youth Leadership Training meet several times throughout the year to make sure that not only the logistics of the course are worked through, but also individual presentations and skills are honed by the staff prior to the course starting. This helps make sure the staff are well prepared and instructed prior to the start of the course to provide your Scout the best possible experience.
