WHO - Adult volunteers in the Northwest Service area, their spouses/friends (please no youth)
WHAT - Annual Awards Dinner where we recognize excellent volunteer leaders in the Northwest Area.
WHERE - Village Haven Restaurant - 90 School Street Forestdale, RI 02896
- Check - in located in the rear of building and proceed to the downstairs banquet room.
- Parking located in the rear of the building.
WHY - To recognize the dedicated leaders of the Northwest Service Area.
WHEN - June 12, 2019
- Check-in - 6:30 PM - 7:00 PM
- Dinner/Program begins - 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM
HOW - Register online before June 7, 2019

- Dress attire for this event is Business casual or Uniform.
- This event will be catered buffet style - Family Style Chicken
- Award nominations are due by May 1st 2019
- This event takes the place of the June Roundtable
