2013 Jamboree - Youth Registration - Waiting List
Because the Jamboree is planned for years in advance conflicts often arise and typically as we get closer to the Jamboree spots become available. To secure a spot on the waiting list you will use this online system and make all payments as if you are going to attend. In the event a spot opens up for you we will transfer your waiting list registration to a Jamboree Troop. All waiting list payments are 100% refundable in the event you are not awarded a spot in a Jamboree Troop.
We anticipate the Fee of the 13-day 2013 National Jamboree Trip to be $1800. This includes Jamboree Registration Fee, Transportation, Lodging, Meals, 2 days of touring in Washington DC prior to the jamboree, after the jamboree a day at a Water Park, a T-Shirt, Jamboree hat, appropriate jamboree council strips and name tag.
Payment Schedule:

Reservation Fee: $250 due upon registration

Second Payment: $500 due by May 1, 2012

Third Payment: $500 due by Octobber 1, 2012

Final Payment: $550 due by February 1, 2013
The last payment we will make adjustments as needed. The Fee will not increase, but may decrease.

Registration Instructions (Print and save!): Registration and payment MUST be made with our online system. This helps us keep administrative costs for the Jamboree low. Scouts and Parents should complete this process together. You must create an account first. There is a link on the Jamboree page to create an account if you haven't already - or Click Here. Once you create an account you may log-in and register. You may pay via Visa, Mastercard, Discover or from your Checking or Savings Account.
After you register, you can log-in to your account to make payments. To do that log-in and click on "My Information" and then "View Registrations" and "View Details" then you may update your information or make a payment.
The $250 deposit is due at the time of registration. You may log-in AT ANY TIME to make additional payments, but keep in mind the deadlines listed above. For example, you may choose to make a payment of $100 per month instead of a lump sum payment of $500. An Email reminder will be sent 30 days prior to each payment deadline.
