Hey Folks,

 

This e-mail is just to remind everyone that Program Launch is coming up this Thursday, June 12 at Bristol Town Beach. If you weren’t at the last roundtable to get an agenda, the schedule is as follows:

 

6:00 – Social Time

6:30 – Hot Dogs and Sides

7:00 – Program Material Distribution

7:15 – Roundtable Auction

7:45 – Cleanup

 

            As per every roundtable, all adults are invited to attend, not only for the fellowship but to find out what’s in store for the upcoming program year. There is a special prize for the best or most creative side dish, so bring along something to share. As well, please bring along your pack and troop calendars, and perhaps some sunblock.
