WHO - This event is for Unit Kernels (Popcorn Fundraising Chair) or their designee.

WHAT - This is the last day to return any unsold product. This is also the last day to enter your unit's final take order and prize order.

WHERE -

• Northeast District & Southeast District Units:

• Northwest District & Southwest District Units:
  • Paul Arpin Van Lines - 99 James P. Murphy Highway, West Warwick, RI 02893

• Please contact the Council office to change your pick up/return location. The same location will be used for all distribution and return days for your unit.

• There will be a staff person on site to direct you where to go for parking

WHY - For all Units to return any unsold product and place your final order for items still needed. 

WHEN - The Tuesday before, the unit kernel will be notified of the assigned time and location. Please be sure to bring a vehicle(s) large enough to transport your entire order.

HOW - 

***Payments will be accepted on site for the initial order (we will update your invoice to reflect any returns). Check or cash is preferred.***

If you unit does not return unsold product on or before this date you will be charged for all items ordered by your unit. No exceptions!

Early returns are accepted and encouraged so we can get the product to units who may still need it. Please contact your District Executive or the Council office to arrange this. 

Take order and prizes are also due by the end of the day, failure to do so will result in no order being placed for your unit.
