DESCRIPTION:Yawgoog Forestry Corps. Work Day \n  \n  \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n WHO - Registered members of Scouts BSA - individual adults, youth, or units.  \n  \n  \n  \n WHAT - This is an opportunity to help get Yawgoog ready for the upcoming season. This work day may consist of tree trimming, brush clearing, spreading mulch, raking leaves, trail maintenance, campsite preparation, and more.  \n  \n  \n Tools will be provided but participants should bring gloves, water, bug spray, sunscreen etc. Participants should dress for a day of outdoor work. Long pants, no open-toe shoes or Crocs. \n  \n  \n  \n WHERE - Yawgoog Scout Reservation - 61 Camp Yawgoog Road, Rockville, RI 02873 \n  \n  \n Check-in location : Donald North Court \n  \n Parking instructions : Parking available in the Ranger lot and the Boden lot. \n  \n  \n  \n WHY - Earn service hours, contribute to make Yawgoog look beautiful for this upcoming season while enjoying the reservation.  \n  \n  \n  \n WHEN - October 5th, 2024 - 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM \n  \n  \n Check-in - 7:45-8:00AM \n  \n  \n 8:00 AM -12:00 PM work crews  \n  \n  \n 12:30 PM - Lunch  \n  \n  \n 1:00-4:00 PM work crews \n  \n  \n  \n HOW - Register online today! \n  \n  \n Yard work clothing, work gloves encouraged \n  \n  \n Lunch will be provided - pizza, chips & drink.  \n  \n  \n   \n
