Frank Van Sant is a Senior Systems Engineer for Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems.
Frank has been working for Raytheon for over 8 years. Before that he was in the U.S. Navy
for 27 years and has an AA from National University. Frank has been collecting coins and
stamps with the help of his father since he 12 years old.
