John Cosgrove

John Cosgrove is an Eagle Scout and has served as a Unit Commissioner and merit badge
counsellor. He has been a Software Engineer at Raytheon since 1983 and holds a BSEE.
He is currently a section manager of 13 engineers in the software engineering department
at the Seapower Capabilities Center. He has been a member of Toastmasters since 2008
and is currently Treasurer of the local club.

Ed Skurka

Ed Skurka is a professional public speaking trainer, and a Distinguished Toastmaster with
the local Toastmaster's International clubs. His training has been attended by hundreds of
Toastmasters, thousands of professionals of all levels of all careers and many schools and
youth groups including Boy Scouts.
