Family Overnight Camp at Camp Norse

 

 

WHO - Cub Scout Packs and their families!

Adventure Card Holders - $65 per camper

Non-Adventure Card Holders - $75 per camper


WHAT - Spend the weekend as a family or as a Pack at Camp Norse! Program areas are open for you to pick and choose what you do, from boating and fishing to archery and crafts. 

Our talented and dedicated staff will be all around the property to make sure that you are having a wicked awesome time! Enjoy a campfire program on Saturday night, and warm meals throughout the weekend. Family Camp is the place to be!

This year we are offering 2 Teepee's (sleeps 3 per Teepee, cots included). 

All sleeping arrangements are first come first serve through registration. 

Tent Site are always offered, please select if you need to use tents or have your own during the registration process. 

Families are responsible for providing their own bedding, pillows, blankets, etc. 


WHERE - Camp Norse - 112 Parting Ways Road Kingston, MA 02364

Check-in located at the Administration Building adjacent to the parking lot. 

Before check-in, park in the parking lot. After check-in, you may drive down to your campsite to unload your gear; however, your car must remain in the parking lot thereafter. 


WHY - Family Camp is one of the only times Cub Scouts have the ability to choose exactly what they want to do and when they want to do it. We provide a safe and fun environment for Cub Scouts to explore while maintaining offerings for every age group - older siblings and parents included!  It is also a great way to experience camping for the first time, as staff are available to help you every step of the way.

HOW - Attend Family Camp as Family or a Pack of Families - Register online today!

  • Full uniforms are encouraged for meals but not required, otherwise dress is casual - NO OPENED TOED SHOES ARE ALLOWED IN CAMP EXCEPT FOR THE SHOWER HOUSE OR WATERFRONT.
  • Hot meals will be provided Friday starting at dinner and ending with breakfast on Sunday morning.  If there are any dietary restrictions, please email by the Monday prior to camp to ensure proper meal preparation.
