Volunteer Appreciation Event 

WHO - Volunteers and their families.

WHAT - Please join us for an evening of fun and fellowship to thank our volunteers for all they do! Enjoy camp activities such as axe throwing and archery, as well an opportunity to win the Narragansett Council Cup! The Narragansett Council Cup is earned by a registered volunteer adult leader who attends the Volunteer Appreciation event and has the overall highest cumulative score from their participation in the competitive events. In the past those events have been: Archery, BB, and Cornhole. The individual and their unit are recognized on the Council Cup Trophy which is held in a place of honor by the Narragansett Council, and the winner is also presented with their own award as well for display purposes.

• Check-in located through the big parking lot on the top of the hill in front of the Camp Office
• Food Served (in picnic area between Talala & Kuwe Cabins 

WHY - To have fun and thank our volunteers for their continued dedication to the Scouts of Narragansett Council!

WHEN – Thursday, August 11th

• Check-in begins- 6:00 PM -6:30 PM 
• Food Served - 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM 
• Open Program from 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM 
• Narragansett Council Cup Competition - 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM 
• Announcement of Winners - 7:30 PM

This event is free to attend, but advance registration is requested.

Dress is casual.
