2024 Eagle Scout Recognition Dinner 

WHO - Eagle Scouts and their families. Recognizing Scouts who earned Eagle rank from April 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023

• Parents, Guests and Scoutmasters - $50 per person

WHAT - Obtaining the rank of Eagle Scout is a huge accomplishment, so let's celebrate! Our 2024 Eagle Recognition dinner will be an opportunity for us to recognize the current class of Eagle Scouts.

WHERE - Rhodes on the Pawtuxet, 60 Rhodes Pl. Cranston, RI 02905
Check-in location: Entrance of Rhodes on the Pawtuxet
Parking instructions: Located on site.

WHY - To celebrate the accomplishments of our Eagle Scouts. We will also have our keynote speaker.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES - Recognize our 2023-2024 Class of Eagle Scouts by sponsoring 1 or more Eagle Scouts!

• Sponsor one or more Eagle Scouts:  $50 per sponsored Eagle Scout (All Eagle Sponsors will be recognized.  If you attend, dinner is $50 additional)
• Sponsor a table of Eagle Scouts: $500 (Includes special recognition and dinner for you)
• Be one of our Eagle Dinner Sponsors:  $2,500 (Includes special recognition and dinner for you and a guest)
• Presenting Sponsor: $5,000 (Includes “Eagle Scout Recognition Dinner Presented by ____________”

We understand if you can’t attend, but please consider sponsoring one of our new Eagle Scouts for only $50: we need 200 sponsors!  

A sponsorship of $100 will provide a meal for both you and an Eagle Scout.  Plus, you can sit with your sponsored Eagle and learn about their plans for the future and share lessons that you have learned based on your path through life.

WHEN - April 30th 2024 - 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM 

• 6:00 PM Check in and reception
• 7:00 PM SHARP – Dinner will be served
• 9:00 PM – Adjourn

HOW - Register online today! 

• We encourage Scouts to wear Class A Uniform (Full uniform) or formal attire. 
• A buffet dinner will be served.
