CAMPMASTER TRAINING AT CAMP YAWGOOG

WHO - This event is for registered adult Scouters. The Council Campmaster Corps is a function of Camping Services of Narragansett Council. The Corp is a group of trained Scouters who provide a service to our council camps on weekends throughout the year.

WHAT - Attend this training to obtain current Council Campmaster Training needed for Council Campmaster certification. 

WHY - Campmaster training is needed along with an individual camp orientation and a weekend of service to obtain Council Campmaster certification. 

WHEN - Saturday, October 15th 2022

• check-in begins at 8:15AM
• training runs from 9:00 AM - 12 Noon 

WHERE – Yawgoog Scout Reservation, 61 Camp Yawgoog Rd, Rockville, RI 02873

• Parking is available on the Tim O’Neil Field
• Check-in at the Bucklin Memorial’s small dining room

HOW - Register online today!

• Current COVID-19 Guidelines will be followed.
• Scout uniform is recommended but not required. 
• Bring a pen and paper for notes. 
• Individuals will need to complete an additional adult registration as a Council Campmaster, with no additional fee. 
• Bring a current copy of your youth protection certification. 
• Campmaster patches will be distributed by individual camps’ senior campmasters.
