WHO - This event is for Cub Scouts. Den Chiefs are encouraged to attend. Attend as a Den/Pack.

Chuckwagon Only:

Adventure Card rate:

• $30 per parent/Cub Scout Team
• $15/person

Non Adventure Card rate:

• $40 per parent/Cub Scout Team
• $20/person

Webelos Overnighter:

Adventure Card rate:

• $40 per parent/Cub Scout Team
•  Additional Webelos rate: $20

Non Adventure Card rate:

• $50 per parent/Cub Scout Team
•  Additional Webelos rate: $25

Please note that the Chuckwagon fee is included in the price of the webelos overnighter. 

WHAT -Cub Scouts compete at stations that test traditional skills as well some that are just for fun. Each Den will load their gear into a wagon and travel from station to station. The Webelos extended day includes a meal, campfire, and they will work on Webelos specific advancement. Webelos will earn the required Adventure: Duty to God and You, the Arrow of Light Adventure: Outdoor Adventurer, and the elective: Into the Woods.

WHERE - Buck Hill Scout Reservation - 

• Check-in will be in the Hamilton Lodge. 
• Parking fills up fast. Park along the sides of the camp road. There are lots, but they fill up quick.

WHY - Cubs and their families will experience a fun day of activities and earn some activity loops in the process. Webelos will earn the required Adventure: Duty to God and You, the Arrow of Light Adventure: Outdoor Adventurer, and the elective: Into the Woods.

WHEN - Saturday September 30th, 2023 

Check-in - 8:30am

Chuckwagon - Event will end at 4pm 

Webelos Adventure- This portion has been cancelled. 

HOW - Register online today!

• Parent/guardian required for Webelos Adventure. Packs attending will be asked to run a station.
• Registration for Webelos Adventure includes Chuckwagon. Webelos are not required to register for both!
• Please bring a bagged lunch.
• Pizza Dinner will be provided for the Webelos Adventure
• Pack/Den class B uniform ( Pack/Den T-shirt )  are recommended. 
• Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours to the event will incur a 100% fee.
