Important Popcorn Pickup Information

Thank you for your order! Here is your Popcorn Pickup information for this Saturday:

Please be prompt and arrive at your assigned time, this will help us reduce wait times and get you on your way quickly. As a rule of thumb a car will fit 20 cases, minivan 60 cases and large SUV/Suburban 70 cases. Have your trunk cleaned out and remove seats if possible. If you can, have your helpers drive in a separate car.

If for any reason you can’t make it on Saturday it is imperative you let us know ahead of time. If there is an emergency on Saturday and you are running late, or can’t make it, please call the West Bay Scout Shop at 401.821.7005. Please note that any missed pickups will need to be made at Arpin Van lines during business hours unless we make prior arrangements.
