WHO - Unit Charter Processor

WHAT - Final day to submit unit roster for 2021 with fees. 

What you need to bring:

• Charter
  • The final version with cover page. If your print out says "draft", log back in and click submit then print again
• Youth protection training certificates for anyone expired or any new adults
• Applications for any new members to the unit
  • Adult applications must be the current version with a vertical background check authorization form. Other versions of the background check authorization form are no longer valid. 
• Payment
  • This includes all of 2021 fees as noted on your recharter print out as well as an additional $11 to register new youth for the remainder of 2020
• Signed Annual Charter Agreement

This is not a workshop to complete the charter, but rather turning in all materials. You will be given a list of any missing items that are needed before you leave. 

WHERE - Various locations throughout the Council - East Providence, New Bedford, Attleboro, North Smithfield, West Warwick, and Yawgoog for in person. Virtual turn in options are available as well through Charles or Kara.

WHY - Renew your Scouting membership for another year. 

WHEN - Morning of Saturday November 21st (times vary by location)
